Turtle Prints

On Thursday I set up the pool for some outdoor fun.  We had a stove repair that day and the electrician coming on Friday, so I knew we would be home and in need of something to do.  On Friday I also brought out the cloud dough (that was still good from January), which we had used before.  Eric Carle has a book Little Cloud, and I decided to go with the cloud dough sensory instead of making an ivory soap cloud (seen here).  But, we may give that a try at some point.

For some reason Braden had asked to put his helmet on earlier and so he still had it on when we brought out the cloud dough.

I was cleaning up after dinner and was about to throw away the packaging from the pork and realized I could use it for one of the art projects.  I had originally given up on creating it, because I didn't think I had any styrofoam packaging to be used.

Once we were finished with the turtle prints we had to find a distraction, because someone did not want to put the paints away.  So we played around with the magnetic pom poms.
