Field Trip: Dover Children's Museum

Braden running up the ramp
A friend mentioned that the Dover Children's Museum had a large train table and a room designated for toddlers.  So, after music class this morning Braden and I made the trip to check it out.  He had so much fun I didn't think I was going to be able to get him to leave!
Ringing the bell for service at the Post Office
Stain glass window

Transportation wall
Playing with the trains
"Choo Choo"
Loved turning the lights off
and on!

Turning the wheels

A ramp & wooden balls
Dropping the balls onto the ramp

One of his favorite spots
Walking down the stairs
He carried the wooden ball all over the museum

Sound Station

Each section makes a noise once your hand lightly touches it

Exploring the wall
Along with making a sound the lights also turn on/off

Watching the lights

"That?"

"Lights"

I had to take a few pictures of Braden with the payphone, because he will probably never really know what one is.  He was having a really hard time not being able to walk around and continuing to play while being on the phone.  He will never have to worry about that either!
