On Thursday we did a few little projects involving clouds. Of course in the middle of everything the camera battery died. But, I was able to get a few pictures.
The first project was "making rain". I put some water in a bowl and sprayed some shaving cream on top to simulate clouds. Then I squirted a few drops of blue food coloring on top. The idea was to wait and watch for the blue to seep through the clouds and then rain down into the water.
It would have been a long time waiting for a toddler, so thankfully I had the other project set up and ready to go as well.

So, while we waited for the rain we made some puffy paint clouds.
