Today we continued with the Fourth of July theme. I started with a little activity which worked on fine motor skills. I could not find a large star shaped container, so I used a small cookie cutter and filled it with red play dough. Then I stuck some golf tees inside (as many as I could fit). The object of the "game" was for Braden to carefully place the blue marbles on top, so that they would balance on top. He really enjoyed this activity and kept saying "again, again".
Afterwards we created a handprint flag together!
