Sadly, this week we did not get very far with the bird theme. On Wednesday we did a craft and brought out the ducks for 5 Little Ducks again, but that was it. On Thursday we had a St. Patrick's Day themed play date. Then we were away again for some of the weekend, so that was it.
For our craft I brought out some of the feathers again. I started by cutting a paper plate into the shape of a goose. Then I let Braden play around with putting the glue on (he ended up needing some help) and the he added some feathers.

Citrus Lane box came. We had used Braden's Christmas money from Great Grammy Donna to try them out.

Just before nap I decided to get the paper ducks out again. Last time we had the 5 Little Ducks book from the library. He loved it, so I have been looking all over for the book to put in his Easter basket, but I have had no success. I guess I may have to actually go to Books a Million. He had fun with the ducks anyway as I sang the song.
